Staff
PhaseOneTrials works with two key concepts: Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). We work diligently to ensure that
we comply with GCP. This means that we work according to our own SOPs, and
that all staff know and understand GCP principles. In turn, this ensures
the highest quality in all phases of our work, from development of trial
design to final reporting. |
| |
| We have 16 permanent staff members, all of whom have strong educational
backgrounds supplemented by practical experience and continuing education.
The certainty of having permanent and well-educated staff is an advantage
for everyone. Within PhaseOneTrials, this means that we are certain of each
others’ strengths, and that everyone is familiar with our procedures.
For our clients, our well-educated staff ensure that we always deliver the
highest quality on time, and that we always observe the highest safety standards
in our trials. |

A strong network
If we need additional competencies, we create our own teams of persons who
belong to our formalized network of approximately 55 doctors, nurses and
lab technicians. Most of these persons are employed at Hvidovre University
Hospital. |

The client’s own network
Flexibility is key for us. This means we are happy to use persons or companies
from the client’s own network, in addition to our own regular partners. |
