| PhaseOneTrials has extensive experience in preparing, conducting and managing
carefully planned projects. Many things can go wrong in trials. And every
time something goes wrong – whether due to poor documentation, incorrect
selection of a test subject, or something else – the trial loses value
and the client loses precious time. This is why it is so important to have
well-proven procedures for every step of a process. |
| |
| PhaseOneTrials imposes tight management on all projects from the first,
preliminary meetings until all results and data are delivered to the client.
All projects are handled by a dedicated team. One project manager and one
medical expert always lead a project team, and roles and responsibilities
for all project participants are clearly defined. |

| Process description |
- Before signing a contract, we carry out scientific and medical discussions
of the project and provide practical advice about its performance. This
takes place in close cooperation with our network of professors and
specialists.
- Once a contract for a trial is signed, we put together a team responsible
for planning, performance and data collection. The size and composition
of a team vary, but it is always led by a project manager and a doctor
with clearly defined medical responsibility.
- The client always has a regular contact person: the project manager.
- Every team always includes one dedicated member with responsibility
for data collection.
